A crucial part of our services is provided to our partners through our engineering and production system ToolDesign.
Developed - amongst other partners from academia - together with Aachen Technical University, the system ensures that our databank-based construction and engineering of threading products goes along with a DP-based production and logistics system. This also guarantees that tool properties and visual appearance can be reproduced hundred percent.
Most information from the Schumacher technology data base is of course available for the customer service department of our B2B partners – online. This aspect will be of even higher relevance during the next couple of years both for our industry customers as well as B2B partners.
